Hydration is very important to your good health, it is wise to be well hydrated for 24 hours before your massage. As a general rule to determine how much you should drink: Body Weight - 50%, then convert to ounces. For example, a 140 pound person should drink 70 ounces water each day.

Enjoy a light meal no sooner than one hour prior to your session.
