Ashiatsu Massage
Ashi (foot) atsu (pressure) is a unique form of gravity assisted deep tissue massage. Overhead bars are used for balance while providing a deep, luxurious massage with the practitioners feet.
This technique involves deep effleurage strokes that glide over the body and combines flowing centrifugal and centripetal push/pull movements to help create structural improvements. Ashiatsu is known to improve posture, relieve pain and stress, treat spinal compression and move stagnant chi (energy)

During an initial consultation we will determine your goals and based on them your treatment will draw from a number of modalities; Mana Lomi (Hawaiian Lomilomi), relaxation, myofascial release, trigger point work, structural integration, ashiatsu, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, Sports techniques, Hot Stone, aromatherapy
Deep Tissue Massage
Using leverage, elbows and forearms to facilitate release of chronically held tension in denser tissues. Myofascial Release.
“Lomi Pa’akai” Exfoliation Salt/Sugar Glow
Gentle long massage strokes applying nourishing, organic products to leave skin smooth and glowing.
The skin is our largest organ of elimination. Clearing the skin of dead cells opens the pores for greater elimination of toxins and leaves the skin smooth and glowing.
This treatment is wonderful for any occasion, especially concurrent with any body cleansing protocol.
You will be exfoliated, rinsed and dried without leaving the massage table. The rinse water is a tea blend of herbs and flowers that increase circulation, detoxification and rejuvenation. Most grown in TwoWater's gardens
To be the most comfortable during your massage and to maximize its benefits I recommend the following:
Hydration is very important to your good health, it is wise to be well hydrated for 24 hours before your massage. As a general rule to determine how much you should drink: Body Weight - 50%, then convert to ounces. For example, a 140 pound person should drink 70 ounces water each day.
Enjoy a light meal no sooner than one hour prior to your session
